Privacy Policy for Customers
This statement describes how m4p material solutions GmbH, Gewebestraße 4, 9181 Feistritz im Rosental (“we”) processes your personal data. It is addressed to our existing customers, prospective clients, potential future customers, as well as their respective partners, representatives, and other employees.
Purposes of Data Processing
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To establish, manage, and execute the business relationship;
- To strengthen existing customer relationships or to establish new ones or to approach prospective clients, including informing them about our service offerings (marketing).

- Authorities

You are entitled, among other rights, (i) to verify whether and which personal data we process about you and to receive copies of this data, (ii) to request the correction, supplementation, or deletion of your personal data if it is incorrect or not processed in accordance with the law, (iii) to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, (iv) under certain circumstances, to object to the processing of your personal data or to revoke previously given consent, noting that revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the revocation, (v) to request data portability if you are our customer, (vi) to know the identity of third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, and (vii) to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at/).
