m4p FeCo49V2 is a vacuum-melted, soft magnetic iron-cobalt-vanadium alloy that has been optimised as a metal powder for additive manufacturing using the laser-based powder bed process. Thanks to its high purity and fine-tuned alloying elements, it offers an exceptional magnetic saturation of up to 2.30 T, making it ideal for applications in electric motors, generators, transformers and magnetic sensors. The alloy is characterised by low coercive force and high permeability, making it particularly efficient in changing magnetic fields. In addition, m4p FeCo49V2 offers excellent mechanical strength, which enables it to be used in complex, industrial-grade components.
